Role overview
Operations Manager role responsible for the full operational management of a school campus in Al Khor, Qatar.
The role provides strategic leadership across health and safety, facilities, contracts, compliance, campus planning, and support staff management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead health and safety, facilities management, and campus planning across the school.
- Manage capital projects, including capex budgets, governance structures, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee renovations, modifications, and large-scale procurement projects with landlords, contractors, and design teams.
- Manage third-party contracts and daily operations for security, cleaning, maintenance, buses, and onsite catering.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar regulatory agencies, NAE standards, and legal requirements.
- Lead budgeting, procurement, and event logistics across non-academic functions.
- Line manage procurement, operations, facilities, bus support, and medical team staff.
- Support space planning, room moves, and building maintenance with the Extended Leadership Team.
- Advise the Principal on resources and deliver cost savings through supplier negotiations.
Candidate requirements
- University degree.
- Previous experience in this role or a similar operations management role.
