Role Overview
The company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in landscaping projects.
The role manages multiple projects, site teams, resources, subcontractors, and overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across commercial, technical, and landscaping projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution within approved budgets.
- Manage project teams, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and operational resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources to optimize efficiency.
- Control project costs and support budget and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
- Resolve operational, site, and project-related issues promptly.
- Provide progress updates and reports to senior management.
- Implement improvements to processes, productivity, and project performance.
- Support senior management with operational planning and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in a similar Operations Manager or senior operations role is mandatory.
