Job Purpose

Operational Environment

• The role operates across project sites, yards, logistics functions, and related operational locations.

Deployment and Maintenance

• Plan and oversee deployment of portable cabins to project sites based on operational requirements.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and dismantling of cabins at site.
• Ensure cabins are functional, safe, and compliant throughout the operational period.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance during the project lifecycle.

Logistics and Asset Control

• Coordinate with logistics, yard, and site teams for timely mobilization and demobilization.
• Track asset movement, condition, and availability across sites and the yard.
• Oversee return of cabins to the yard, including inspection, repair, and readiness for future deployment.
• Maintain yard discipline, safe storage, and asset preservation during off-season periods.

Workforce and Stakeholders

• Allocate and supervise technicians, helpers, drivers, and other blue-collar workers.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, maintenance, clients, and site stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Address client and site issues and ensure service quality and timely resolution.
• Monitor project timelines, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.

Improvement and Self-Management

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements for cost optimization and better asset utilization.
• Set operational goals in alignment with management and ensure delivery.
• Identify training needs for self and team.
• Maintain high standards of safety, discipline, and operational control.

Background and Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in site operations, rental, construction, or facilities is required.
• Experience handling portable cabins or modular units is preferred.
• Strong experience managing blue-collar workforces is required.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Experience writing business plans and company strategies is required.
