Responsibilities
- Visit client locations across the UAE for software installation and setup
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot software applications at client sites
- Provide basic user training and support to clients after installation
- Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, and client feedback
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues
- Ensure all company procedures and service standards are followed during client visits
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Requirements
- 1–2 years of UAE work experience in IT support, technical services, operations, or a related field
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software applications
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently to client locations
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out site visits and installation activities
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

Job Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT Technician / Operations Executive to join our client's team in Dubai.
