- Take full responsibility for safeguarding and child protection across the nursery
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor nursery staff
- Build and nurture strong relationships with parents through effective communication
- Maintain accurate records related to children’s files, attendance, incidents, and staff documentation
- Ensure nursery meets all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Early Years settings
- At least 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Certification in Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding (or willingness to obtain)

Position Summary
- The Nursery Manager is responsible for overall leadership, management, and effective operation of the nursery for children aged 45 days to 6 years.

Qualifications & Experience

Compensation
- Salary: AED 13,000 AED 15,000 per month
