About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the Early Years curriculum (EYFS or equivalent)
- Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through play based learning
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, maintaining accurate learning portfolios
- Adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, including those with SEN requirements
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence in every child
- Ensure the classroom environment is safe, clean, and organised at all times
- Follow safeguarding, health, and safety protocols, reporting concerns immediately
- Conduct daily checks on equipment, learning materials, and classroom hygiene
- Provide attentive care, including feeding assistance, toileting support, and emotional comfort as needed
- Build positive, professional relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s development and daily experiences
- Participate in parent meetings, school events, and open days
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain consistency and collaboration across all classrooms
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Cache Level 3 (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in an Early Years / Nursery environment
- Strong knowledge of EYFS or similar Early Years curriculum
- Excellent English communication skills
- First Aid and Safeguarding Certification (desirable)
- Experience working in multicultural or international settings (desirable)
- Knowledge of additional educational approaches (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc.) (desirable)
- Arabic (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Nursery Teaching: 3 years (Preferred)

Job Description
- We are looking for a passionate, caring, and experienced Nursery Teacher to join our Early Years team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high quality early childhood education for children aged 45 days to 6 years, while creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the Early Years curriculum (EYFS or equivalent).

Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Cache Level 3 (or equivalent recognised qualification).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in an Early Years / Nursery environment.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS or similar Early Years curriculum.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Desirable: First Aid and Safeguarding Certification.
- Experience working in multicultural or international settings.
- Knowledge of additional educational approaches (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc.).
