Our client, a fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand in the Middle East, is looking for an Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations and help drive the growth of an exciting international fashion startup.

📍 Location: Remote

📄 Contractual Role

✅ Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and fulfillment partners

✅ Support inventory, order management, and operational processes

✅ Track invoices, payments, and operational documentation

✅ Assist with customer service and order-related escalations

✅ Work closely with the Founder on business and operational priorities

✅ Support cross-functional coordination across multiple countries

✔ 2–3 years of experience in Operations, E-commerce, Retail, Fashion, or Supply Chain Coordination

✔ Fluent in Arabic and English

✔ Strong organizational and communication skills

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

✔ Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

✔ Ability to work independently and take ownership
