About the Company and Role

  • RIKAS Hospitality Group is a Dubai born collection of award winning restaurants, cafés, beach clubs, and lifestyle destinations.
  • We are looking for an experienced and results driven Operations Director to oversee the performance and success of multiple venues within our group.
  • This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and exceptional guest experiences across all locations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance and operations of multiple venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent service standards.
  • Lead, coach, and support General Managers and leadership teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance across all assigned venues.
  • Monitor operational and financial results, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize performance.
  • Ensure company standards, policies, and brand expectations are consistently maintained across all locations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, events, and business development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive, high performing culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and operational requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and teams while representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Carry out any other duties required to support the success of the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of hospitality operations experience, including multi unit leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience managing multiple hospitality venues, restaurants, lifestyle venues, or luxury hospitality operations.
  • Previous experience overseeing beach clubs, waterfront venues, or destination dining concepts is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance.
  • Demonstrated success leading large operational teams through General Managers.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of guest experience, service excellence, and commercial performance.
