- Monitor operational and financial results, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize performance
- Ensure company standards, policies, and brand expectations are consistently maintained across all locations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, events, and business development opportunities
- Foster a positive, high performing culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and operational requirements
- Build strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and teams while representing the company professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of hospitality operations experience, including multi unit leadership
- Proven experience managing multiple hospitality venues, restaurants, lifestyle venues, or luxury hospitality operations
- Previous experience overseeing beach clubs, waterfront venues, or destination dining concepts highly desirable
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance
- Demonstrated success leading large operational teams through General Managers
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of guest experience, service excellence, and commercial performance

- We are looking for an experienced and results driven Operations Director to oversee the performance and success of multiple venues within our group.
- This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and exceptional guest experiences across all locations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing multiple hospitality venues, restaurants, lifestyle venues, or luxury hospitality operations.
- Previous experience overseeing beach clubs, waterfront venues, or destination dining concepts is highly desirable.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance.
