- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, appointments, and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Prioritize and coordinate meetings, calls, and engagements
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and supporting documents
- Draft and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Track key action items and ensure timely follow up on commitments and projects
- Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
- Organize detailed itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and meeting schedules
- Support site visits, restaurant openings, and executive events
- Assist with selected personal matters for the CEO with complete discretion and confidentiality
- Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, and administrative requirements as needed
- Support communication and coordination across departments
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience supporting a CEO, Founder, Owner, or C level executive
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern productivity tools
- Previous experience within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or international businesses is highly desirable
- French is an advantage

Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in both professional and selected personal matters.
- This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast paced international hospitality environment.
- The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities, priorities, travel, and communications.
- The role will also provide administrative support to other members of the Executive Team as required.
