- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering detailed knowledge of food and beverage items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company policies
- Follow opening, closing, and shift change duties as assigned by management
- Represent the brand image of RIKAS by maintaining a polished appearance and professional attitude at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high end or premium dining environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a guest first attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and public holidays
