Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the club's membership strategy to attract and retain an exclusive member community
- Manage the full membership journey, from prospecting and onboarding to engagement and renewals
- Build strong relationships with members, VIP guests, corporate partners and prospective members
- Work closely with the Events and Marketing teams to deliver exclusive experiences and promote the club
- Monitor membership performance, revenue and retention, identifying opportunities for growth
- Recruit, lead and develop the Membership team, ensuring exceptional service standards
- Act as the main point of contact for members, ensuring a personalised and outstanding experience
- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve commercial and membership objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in membership sales, luxury hospitality, private clubs, lifestyle brands or premium customer relationship management
- Proven experience managing high value client relationships
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience working with HNWIs and VIP clientele
- Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills
- Experience opening a luxury hospitality venue or private members' club is highly desirable
