Job Description
We are looking for a
Freight Forwarding Coordinator
with good experience in freight forwarding operations to join our team in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments.
- Handle shipping and freight forwarding documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters.
- Follow up on shipment status, bookings, arrivals, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with WCA network partners and overseas agents.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and shipment details.
- Ensure smooth and timely shipment handling.
- Respond to customer and agent queries.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience
in freight forwarding.
- Good knowledge of import/export and shipping procedures.
- Experience in
Sea Freight And Air Freight
is preferred.
- WCA/network experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Candidates available in Qatar are preferred.
