Role Overview
Freight Care Logistics is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator - Export to lead freight forwarding operations in Dubai.
The role focuses on LCL, FCL, import and export operations, and work with WCA network partners.
Location and Joining
- The stated location is Dubai, UAE.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Operations Responsibilities
- Manage daily import and export freight forwarding operations.
- Handle LCL, FCL, air freight, and cross-trade shipments.
- Coordinate shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
- Manage relationships with WCA agents and international partners.
- Monitor shipment status, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely execution.
- Supervise the operations team and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with sales and pricing teams to support business growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of freight forwarding operations experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of LCL, FCL, import and export, air freight, and WCA network operations is required.
- Good understanding of shipping documentation and customs procedures is required.
- Leadership, communication, problem-solving, deadline management, freight forwarding software, and Microsoft Office skills are required.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
