Manage daily warehouse and cargo consolidation operations at the Jebel Ali facility.
Ensure smooth cargo handling, proper consolidation, inventory accuracy, and timely shipment dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse and cargo consolidation operations.
- Plan and supervise receiving, loading, unloading, sorting, storage, and dispatch of cargo.
- Ensure shipments are properly consolidated and dispatched on time.
- Manage warehouse staff and allocate daily work efficiently.
- Coordinate with shipping, transport, documentation, and operations teams.
- Monitor cargo movement, inventory, and warehouse records.
- Ensure proper handling of LCL, FCL, and other cargo as applicable.
- Check cargo quantity, condition, labels, and documentation.
- Monitor warehouse space and ensure efficient utilization.
- Handle operational issues, delays, shortages, and damages.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and customs requirements.
- Prepare daily operational reports and monitor warehouse KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse, cargo consolidation, shipping, or logistics operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and consolidation procedures.
- Experience in a shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics company is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cargo handling and documentation.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Jebel Ali or UAE logistics experience is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
