Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV footage and security systems continuously.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, incidents, or security breaches.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports as required by management.
- Monitor and track customer care KPIs and operational performance.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily monitoring logs.
- Coordinate with security staff and management when required.
- Handle security and parking operations when needed.
- Support facility-related tasks and operations when required.
- Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues.
- Review recorded footage when requested for investigations or reports.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring systems and surveillance equipment.
- Good observation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Native Arabic and very good English skills.

- Arabic (Required)
