Role Overview
The role supports corporate operations and company formation services through accurate records management, renewal tracking, documentation, and daily coordination.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client records, corporate milestones, and application timelines in the internal CRM.
- Track and execute trade license renewals, visa renewals, and establishment card updates to prevent client lapses.
- Prepare and submit documentation for new company setups, bank account opening support, and government portals.
- Complete daily administrative, coordination, and operational tasks for the corporate services consulting team.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator in UAE company formation, corporate services, or legal consulting.
- Strong organizational capability, deadline tracking, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with UAE government and free zone portal structures and processing workflows.
- Clear, professional communication skills for internal and external coordination.
- High proficiency with CRM software, Google Drive or SharePoint, and standard office productivity suites.
- Ability to follow strict compliance processes independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
