Role Summary
Country Sales Manager responsible for the UAE CNG sales strategy.
Owns revenue growth from CNG fuel sales, station utilization, and B2B contracts.
Targets fleet operators, transporters, logistics companies, public transport organizations, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the country-level CNG sales strategy and annual sales plan.
- Identify and close B2B contracts with fleet operators, logistics companies, public transport, and industrial users.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue targets.
- Build and manage a small sales team or channel partners as the network scales.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote CNG benefits and increase station footfall.
- Provide sales pipeline forecasts and market intelligence.
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance on pricing, credit control, profitability, and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of sales experience, including 3–5 years in oil and gas, CNG, energy, or fuel retail.
- Proven success closing large B2B contracts and managing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of the UAE fuel and energy market, especially CNG or alternative fuels.
- Leadership capability to build and mentor a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
