Lead marketing initiatives for a food manufacturing and industrial production client in the UAE.
Drive brand growth, market penetration, and customer engagement across the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for the food manufacturing and industrial supply market.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage trade marketing, promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand positioning.
- Align with B2B and distribution sales teams to support revenue targets and client acquisition.
- Evaluate campaign performance and marketing ROI using data-driven insights.
- Oversee channel marketing activities and relationships with key market stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of proven experience in a Marketing Manager capacity.
- Background in food processing, agri-commodities, milling, or large-scale FMCG manufacturing.
- UAE market experience is strictly required.
- Strong strategic brand management, budget management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Schedule and Location
- The job details specify Ajman, UAE, with a five-day working schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
