Job Purpose
The core purpose of this role is to manage day-to-day operational and system-related activities for SCM customers while ensuring operational excellence and maintaining high levels of both internal and external customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle assigned operational and import/ export and air shipment operational tasks accurately and efficiently with minimal errors.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of documents within strict deadlines.
- Monitor and maintain agreed KPIs related to documentation and operational processes.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Maintain strong follow-up and coordination across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Support continuous improvement in operational processes and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.

- Prior experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or customer support environments would be preferred.
