About the Role
We are seeking an Offshore Company Site Representative to oversee offshore construction, hook-up, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities for a major project. The role ensures safety, compliance, and efficient execution while managing contractor performance and coordinating between teams.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Company's offshore representative for execution of construction, hook up, pre commissioning, and commissioning activities
- Ensure all offshore works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee contractor performance, worksite control, Permit to Work (PTW) compliance, and HSE implementation
- Coordinate between construction, pre commissioning, commissioning, and operations teams
- Manage interfaces, SIMOPS constraints, and offshore execution challenges in greenfield and brownfield environments
- Provide leadership to the offshore supervision team and drive effective coordination among stakeholders
- Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, report project status to management
- Support system handover and commissioning activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND or equivalent in related field
- 10 years of professional experience in Offshore Oil & Gas industry
- Extensive knowledge of industry best practice in Project Management
- Experience in offshore construction and hook up activities; EPC supervision on client side preferred
- Previous experience in Permit to Work coordination / Control of work
- Familiar with NOC or Total General Specifications, MANASA, and relevant codes and standards
- Fluency in English; French is a plus
- H2S OPITO and T BOSIET trainings
- Major Emergencies Management – Initial Response (MEMIR) (OPITO approved)

Key Activities
- Serves as the Company's offshore representative for the execution of construction, hook up, pre commissioning, and commissioning activities within the Project.
- Responsible for ensuring that all offshore works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Acting as the primary focal point onsite, the Offshore CSR oversees contractor performance, worksite control, Permit to Work (PTW) compliance, HSE implementation, and coordination between construction, pre commissioning, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Plays a critical role in delivering project objectives related to safety, quality, schedule, and operational readiness while managing interfaces, SIMOPS constraints, and offshore execution challenges.
- Provides leadership to the offshore supervision team, drives effective coordination among stakeholders, and supports the successful handover and start up of new facilities.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, report project status to management, and support system handover and commissioning activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree / HND or equivalent in related fields.
- 10 years of professional experience in Offshore Oil & Gas industry.
- Extensive knowledge of industry best practice in Project Management.
- Experience in offshore construction and hook up activities and Hook Up conditions is mandatory, EPC supervision on client side is preferable.
- Available for technical missions worldwide.
- Previous experience in Permit to work coordination / Control of work is a must.
- Familiar with NOC or Total General Specifications, MANASA, and relevant codes and standards.
- Fluency in English, French is a plus.
