Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, homebuyers, and developers
- Present off plan property projects and explain investment benefits, payment plans, and expected returns
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and virtual consultations
- Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and developer offerings
- Advise clients on suitable investment opportunities based on their objectives and budget
- Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate transactions
- Coordinate with developers, mortgage advisors, and legal teams throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in real estate sales, off plan sales, or property investment consulting
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and major developers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle

Job Summary
- An Off Plan Property Specialist is responsible for advising clients on the purchase and sale of off plan real estate projects developed by leading developers.
- The role involves conducting property consultations, presenting investment opportunities, negotiating sales, and guiding clients through the buying process from reservation to handover.
