Job Purpose

  • This role combines customer service excellence with sales and operational responsibilities.
  • You will handle customer inquiries, provide product and policy guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience while also supporting insurance sales, renewals, and lead generation across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Services: Deliver high quality customer support across calls, chats, and emails.
  • Explain policy coverage, benefits, and terms clearly.
  • Support policy issuance, renewals, and claims related queries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow ups.
  • Sales & Renewals Support: Generate quotations and assess customer needs.
  • Convert leads into policyholders through effective sales techniques.
  • Support renewals and meet assigned targets.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Track performance, lost business, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and internal teams.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer retention and sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center/telesales environment.
  • Prior experience in the insurance sector is required.
