Job Purpose
- This role combines customer service excellence with sales and operational responsibilities.
- You will handle customer inquiries, provide product and policy guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience while also supporting insurance sales, renewals, and lead generation across multiple product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Services: Deliver high quality customer support across calls, chats, and emails.
- Explain policy coverage, benefits, and terms clearly.
- Support policy issuance, renewals, and claims related queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow ups.
- Sales & Renewals Support: Generate quotations and assess customer needs.
- Convert leads into policyholders through effective sales techniques.

- Reporting & Coordination: Track performance, lost business, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and internal teams.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer retention and sales efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center/telesales environment.
