Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of marketing, communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Execute integrated marketing and communication activities including brand management, media relations, internal communications, events, campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and market research
- Coordinate and manage events, sponsorships, and promotional activities, including post event reporting
- Manage and prioritise marketing requests from caregivers, physicians, and service line leaders
- Develop, review, and support the creation of communication content, reports, presentations, emails, and marketing materials in both English and Arabic
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and performance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications, Digital Media & Advertising, or a related field
- 0 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in a JCI accredited healthcare facility is an advantage
- Strong understanding of marketing and communication channels, platforms, programmes, and creative marketing techniques
- Ability to utilize surveys, focus groups, feedback mechanisms, and other measurement tools
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Communications, the Officer, Marketing and Communications role is responsible for supporting and facilitating the implementation of marketing and communications operational plans.
Responsibilities
- Stay informed of emerging trends, innovations, and best practices across the healthcare industry.
- Lead and participate in meetings while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Support the implementation of marketing, communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Execute integrated marketing and communication activities, including brand management, media relations, internal communications, employee engagement, events, campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and market research.
- Coordinate and manage events, sponsorships, and promotional activities, including post event reporting.

Qualifications
