Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of global mobility policies and processes.
- Assist in the administration of international assignments (short term, long term, and permanent transfers).
- Coordinate with external vendors (immigration, tax, relocation) to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.
- Support visa, work permits, and residency processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintain regular communication with employees to guide them through mobility processes.
- Monitor compliance requirements, including visa renewals, tax filings, and documentation deadlines.
- Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure accurate data collection and timely submissions.
- Support gross up and hypothetical tax calculations with external consultants.
- Track and maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support internal and external audits related to mobility programs.
- Contribute to process improvement and digitalization initiatives within HC Operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduate (0–2 years of experience)
- Interest in global mobility and international HR operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Candidate Profile
- Emiratization: This role is open exclusively to Local Nationals (Fresh Graduates) as part of the organization’s Emiratization initiative.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduate (0–2 years of experience). Internship or exposure to HR / administration is an advantage.
