Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and scheduling
- Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and customers with a professional attitude
- Provide accurate information about the destination, services, promotions, and facilities
- Manage visitor inquiries in person, by phone, email, and messaging channels
- Act as main point of contact for suppliers, contractors, and service providers; process invoices and coordinate with internal departments
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management
- Lead PO and PR processes and administer related requests through ERP software
- Assist leasing department with day to day matters, preparing contracts, performing due diligence, and collecting documentation
- Ensure tenant complaints, issues, and operational challenges are addressed regularly
- Perform agreements due diligence and collect/validate compliance documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 2 years experience in leasing administration or tenant relations
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative systems
