- Ensure Health and Safety policies and local municipality food safety requirements are followed
- Support all employees in completing their tasks
- Maintain fast, accurate service and ensure excellent customer experience
- Ensure all products are consistent with brand standards
- Excel in performing all Crew Member and Supervisor tasks
- Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by management
Requirements
- College Level or a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in food and beverage industry in a fast paced and dynamic environment

- This role comes under our Five Guys umbrella, and we are seeking to hire an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Five Guys Stores.
- The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager, Supervisors and Crew Members to ensure that the store is running at the highest possible level.
- Directs the daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the restaurant General Manager, ensuring compliance with the company, local municipality and brand standards in all areas of operation.
Responsibilities
- Leads Crew Members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager including supervising the training employees, opening and closing the store, the safekeeping of all cash and takings, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee br

Qualifications
- College Level or a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience food and beverage industry and reporting in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
