Responsibilities
- Directly supervise the daily activities of retail projects, including managing service providers and overall assets operations
- Support and respond to leasing queries, operational queries and market leads through external real estate agencies
- Oversee asset list performance and condition with property management and facility management
- Ensure full compliance of leasing procedures to local laws and shamal legal governance
- Maintain a comprehensive reporting system for all leasing achieved and ensure frequent and accurate reports
- Investigate and resolve property related complaints and issues from the leasing portfolio
- Assess facility management costs and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure timely rent collection and reduction of ageing amounts
- Identify, propose and execute process improvement initiatives
- Liaise with local authorities associated with everyday operations
- Initiate legal proceedings for defaulting tenants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration is required
- A minimum of 4 5 years of relevant experience with focus on property management
- At least 4 years in a supervisory role

Responsibilities

- This role operates on an evening shift schedule, ideal for candidates who prefer later working hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration is required
- A minimum of 4 5 years of relevant experience with focus on property management and at least 4 years in a supervisory role
