Overview
- Shamal Holding is a diversified investment firm. This role falls under the Five Guys umbrella. We are seeking Crew Members for our Dubai Branch.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment and attempt to resolve simple customer queries.
- Adhere to brand standards at all times and keep up to date with Five Guys University courses.
- Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant and actively input efforts to achieve these.
- Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness and comfort including restocking, upkeep of restroom and terrace areas.
- Follow basic essentials uniforms, grooming and punctuality and strictly follow all food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements.
- Use the company cash register accurately and maintain proper control of company assets.
- Work as a team member to support other restaurant employees with their duties.
- Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a service crew or on a similar role, excellent customer service.
