Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across offices, meeting rooms, pantry, reception, and common areas
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to management, employees, and visitors
- Assist in receiving and directing visitors, customers, suppliers, and contractors
- Support daily office operations with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Monitor cleanliness of customer facing areas to support premium showroom experience
- Report maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or facility issues to concerned department
Requirements
- Polite, respectful, helpful, and service oriented attitude
- Good personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance
- Ability to perform routine cleaning, hospitality, and office support duties
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, cleaning, carrying light items
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Office Boy/Girl, Office Assistant, Housekeeping Assistant, or related role

Role Purpose
- As an Office Boy / Office Girl, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional office environment across ROX UAE facilities.
- You will play a key role in supporting daily administrative and hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and properly arranged.
- Handle company property with care.
- Support daily office operations with basic administrative tasks.
- Monitor cleanliness of customer facing areas.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Report maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Dispose of waste properly.
- Assist in arranging documents, files, stationery, parcels.
- Assist employees with office support requirements.
- Support showroom and office teams during events.
Qualifications
- Polite, respectful, helpful, and service oriented attitude.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform routine cleaning and hospitality duties.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of office cleanliness and hospitality standards.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and visitors.
- Physically fit.
- Previous experience in office support, hospitality, or housekeeping preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a related role.
Work Conditions
- Full time position based in Abu Dhabi.
- Indoor duties across showroom, office, pantry, meeting rooms.
- Direct interaction with customers, visitors, employees.
- Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Continuous standing, walking, cleaning, serving.
