Job Summary

The Office Boy / Cleaner maintains cleanliness, hygiene, and general office support.

The role helps keep office premises clean, organized, and comfortable for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain office rooms, reception, meeting rooms, the pantry, and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust office areas regularly.
  • Clean and sanitize washrooms and dispose of waste properly.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to staff and visitors when required.
  • Keep the pantry organized and refill water, tissues, cleaning materials, and other office supplies.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks.
  • Receive and distribute documents, parcels, and internal correspondence.
  • Arrange meeting rooms and prepare refreshments for meetings.
  • Purchase or collect small office requirements when instructed.
  • Report maintenance issues, damage, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
  • Follow company health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Office Boy, Cleaner, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic communication skills in English are required.
  • Good personal hygiene and a neat appearance are required.
  • Honesty, responsibility, punctuality, and a hardworking attitude are required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently is required.
  • Physical fitness sufficient to perform cleaning and general support duties is required.
  • UAE experience is advantageous.

Pay

  • Pay is AED 1,000 to AED 1,300 per month.

Workplace

  • Work location is in person.
