About the Role

- Manage, maintain, and optimize the Odoo ERP system
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and increase operational efficiency
- Configure and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements
- Collaborate with departments to understand needs and implement system enhancements
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows
- Coordinate system integrations and enhancements with internal teams and external vendors
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training
- Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and user adoption
- Lead ERP improvement projects and ensure successful implementation of new features and updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Must be based in UAE
- Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Odoo modules
- Experience in business process improvement and workflow automation
- Experience as senior Odoo consultant
- Experience working with ERP systems in healthcare, government, or large organizations is preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional & Technical Consultant to manage, optimize, customize, and continuously improve our Odoo ERP system across hospital operations.
- The successful candidate will work closely with department heads, HR, Finance, Procurement, Administration, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the Odoo ERP system.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and increase operational efficiency.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.

Qualifications
