Shape and embed organizational development and total rewards frameworks aligned with business strategy, organizational structure, and long-term growth.

Client Context
The client is a semi-government organization working toward Saudi Vision 2030.
Description
- Drive employee alignment to new salary scales and job titles.
- Oversee operational reward activities and ensure consistency with the rewards framework.
- Contribute to recognition programs and the employee value proposition.
- Lead rollout and ongoing refinement of the recently completed organizational design.
- Align roles, structures, and reporting lines with the updated framework.
- Support leadership in embedding organizational development best practices.
Profile
- Strong experience across organizational development and rewards or compensation, with rewards being the stronger need.
- Proven experience in transformation or organizational redesign programs.
- Experience working with or alongside global consultancies such as WTW, Korn Ferry, or Mercer.
- Demonstrated capability in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to move from strategy to execution within an in-house environment.
- Strong influencing skills and exposure to senior leadership.
