This is the first investment hire in a growing media-focused investment platform.
The role provides direct exposure to founders, operating partners, and senior investors.
The client invests long-term proprietary capital across media, sport, consumer, technology, real estate, and related businesses.
Job Description
- Source investment opportunities, build relationships, and conduct commercial and financial analysis.
- Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases.
- Support transaction execution, due diligence, acquisitions, and strategic projects.
- Prepare investment committee, management, and board-level materials.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify value creation opportunities, and support management teams.
- Manage multiple investment and portfolio workstreams while supporting investment strategy and execution.
Successful Applicant
- 5–10 years of experience in private equity, principal investing, M&A, or corporate development.
- Exposure to media, content, entertainment, marketing services, or creator-economy businesses.
- Strong transaction execution, financial modeling, and investment analysis experience.
- Experience with acquisitions, due diligence, and direct work with founders and management teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, and execution capability.
- Understanding of media and digital business models and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Degree qualification with a strong academic background.
- Willingness to relocate to or be based in Dubai.
