Requirements
- Recruitment consulting experience with in-house legal professionals, or relevant sales experience with legal-sector knowledge and interest in recruitment.
- Track record of building client partnerships and tailoring recruitment solutions for varied clients.
- Demonstrable loyalty and success.
- Experience building and managing successful, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative approach with a passion for high-quality service.
