Role Overview
Lead regional growth, strategic development, and business transformation for an established health insurance organization.

Strategy and Growth
- Support the development and execution of regional business strategy and long-term growth initiatives.
- Evaluate opportunities involving products, propositions, partnerships, and market development.
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level insights to support decisions.
- Advise on growth opportunities, business performance, and organizational development.
Transformation and Execution
- Lead and coordinate strategic programs across multiple functional areas in alignment with business objectives.
- Drive complex business transformation initiatives through influence, stakeholder management, and leadership.
- Partner with senior leaders to improve collaboration, accountability, and execution of strategic priorities.
- Establish governance, tracking, and reporting mechanisms so initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
- Engage with international stakeholders in a matrixed environment to align priorities and accelerate delivery.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience within the health insurance sector, including health benefits, private medical insurance, international private medical insurance, or related environments.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering business strategy within a complex organization.
- Track record of leading significant business initiatives with clear ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Experience operating across multiple functions, managing senior stakeholders, and driving alignment in matrix environments.
Capabilities
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate opportunities, priorities, and strategic investments.
- Exposure to business transformation, operating model change, proposition development, or strategic growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Previous consulting experience may be beneficial when complemented by meaningful leadership and industry experience.
