- Provide occupational health support and clinical oversight
- Conduct Fitness to Work, Return to Work, and Medical Surveillance assessments
- Assist with case management for work related injuries and illnesses
- Advise EHS and HR teams on occupational health risks
- Maintain accurate and confidential occupational health records
- Support development and improvement of occupational health procedures
- Contribute to health promotion and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Participate in audits and program reviews
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD or equivalent) with valid license
- Enrolled in or planning to undertake a Professional Diploma in Occupational Medicine
- Interest or early experience in Occupational Health
- Basic knowledge of workplace health risks and Fitness to Work principles

Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational health support, leadership, and clinical oversight
- Conduct Fitness to Work, Return to Work, and Medical Surveillance assessments
- Assist with case management for work related injuries and illnesses
- Advise EHS and HR teams on occupational health risks
- Maintain accurate and confidential occupational health medical records
- Support development and improvement of local Occupational Health procedures
- Contribute to health promotion, prevention, and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Participate in audits, program reviews, and continuous improvement activities
- Work under supervision of a qualified Occupational Health Physician
Qualifications & Experience
- Medical Doctor (MD or equivalent) with valid license to practice medicine
- Currently enrolled in, accepted to, or planning to undertake a recognised Professional Diploma in Occupational Medicine (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated interest or early experience in Occupational Health or workplace medicine
- Basic knowledge of workplace health risks, Fitness to Work principles, Medical Surveillance, occupational case management
- Willingness to work under supervision
- Strong commitment to continuous professional development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
