Job Description

  • Location: Jeddah, KSA.
  • Role: National Key Accounts Leader to shape sales growth and build strong customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Key Account Channel Leadership: Develop and execute channel strategies, promotional plans, innovation launches.
  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee sales operations to achieve channel sales and profit targets.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Build and nurture relationships with key customers.
  • Joint Business Planning: Lead development and execution of JBPs.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and develop the sales team.
  • Market & Channel Analysis: Analyze performance, trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain, and finance.

About You

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Key Accounts Leadership role in multinational FMCG.
  • Proven ability to design and implement strategic programs.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Proven track record of leading Managers.
