About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure nurses deliver safe and high quality patient care
- Develop and provide support to Nurse in Charge and Nurse Supervisors
- Evaluate nursing activities to ensure safe patient care and operational efficiency
- Perform direct clinical nursing care when required
- Conduct regular clinical rounds with nursing and inter professional team
- Improve operational systems, service processes and policies
- Establish, plan, implement and monitor KPIs
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding clinical equipment and inventory
- Participate in Quality Management team and internal clinical audits
- Develop policies and procedures relating to patient care
- Participate in annual budget and manpower planning
- Manage caregiver appraisals and training needs analysis
Requirements
- Appropriate license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority
- Evidenced experience in managing multiple departments and teams
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to influence and implement change
- Ability to make decisions and communicate effectively
- Manage own professional re licensure

- Perform essential life support as per regulatory requirements.
- Establish, plan, implement and monitor KPIs.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders regarding clinical equipment and inventory.
- Participate as team member of Quality Management team.
- Participate and lead in internal clinical audits.
- Develop policies and procedures relating to patient care.
Essential Requirements
- Appropriate license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority.
- Evidenced experience in managing multiple departments and teams.
- Ability to influence and implement change.

- Manage own professional re licensure.
