Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, server, and network issues in a timely manner
- Manage and support Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and IIS
- Configure, maintain, and support network devices and security tools
- Perform incident handling, root cause analysis, and escalation where required
- Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, incidents, and resolutions
- Support infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and IT projects
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve overall system reliability and security
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in NOC, network support, or IT infrastructure roles
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Windows Server environment and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS)
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs)
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
- Strong system administration and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in Arabic is required

Role Overview
