- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network and security devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Handle escalated issues from L1 support and collaborate with L3 engineers
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability
- Perform network optimization and implement improvements
- Conduct security assessments and remediation activities
- Implement and support network security policies and procedures
- Work with monitoring tools such as PRTG and SolarWinds
- Prepare and maintain HLD and LLD documentation
- Collaborate with teams to ensure secure and efficient operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in network and security
- NSE4 and CCNA certifications are required
- Hands on experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco technologies
- Experience with firewalls, proxies, WAN optimization, and load balancing
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
