About the Role
Prospex Development is seeking a Network and Network Security Engineer L3 in Riyadh to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level network and security infrastructure. The role requires 10+ years of experience, certifications including NSE6, CCNP, and PCNSE, and expertise in Fortinet and Palo Alto ecosystems.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise level network and security infrastructure across complex environments
- Configure, optimize, and maintain advanced security solutions including firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), VPNs, and secure access controls
- Lead high complexity troubleshooting efforts and provide technical escalation support for L2 engineers
- Design, deploy, and manage VPN technologies including IPsec, SSL VPN, DMVPN, and VTI based architectures
- Architect and maintain scalable IPv4 and IPv6 network environments aligned with enterprise standards
- Manage and optimize enterprise security platforms, particularly Fortinet and Palo Alto ecosystems
- Continuously monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
- Develop, enforce, and continuously improve network security policies, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross functional IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to enhance overall security posture
- Participate in architecture reviews, capacity planning, and strategic infrastructure improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in network engineering and network security roles
- Certifications: NSE6 (Fortinet), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer)
- Strong hands on experience with Fortinet ecosystem: FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, FortiSwitch, FortiAP
- Strong expertise in firewall configuration, IPS systems, VPN technologies, and threat mitigation strategies
- Deep experience with Cisco networking technologies including IOS and NX OS
- Proven hands on experience with VPN and tunneling technologies (DMVPN, VTI, IPsec, SSL VPN)
- Strong background in network design, implementation, and optimization (IPv4 and IPv6)
- Experience working with routers, switches, firewalls, proxies, WAN optimization, and load balancing solutions
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and incident resolution skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in high pressure enterprise environments
- Fluent in Arabic (required)
