Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Observe all security, health and safety regulations.
· Ensure that all guests are welcomed and checked-in into the hotel in a warm, genuine & professional manner & when possible, addressed by their name. To be fully conversant with check-out procedures in an informative & helpful manner.
· Beware of the current hotel availability and propose up-sell and cross-sell whenever it is possible, to maximise room occupancy and hotel revenue.
· Adhere to all hotel credit policies, taking care with payments and seeking support from the departmental leaders when necessary.
· File all new arrival registration cards after updating all the relevant information
· File all dockets from Restaurant/Bar/Room Service.
· Close all City Ledgers and third party payments for the next day departures.

· OPERA knowledge
· Fluency in English and additional Spanish would be beneficial
· Prior experience in a similar role
The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
