- Lead the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of the enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD WAN and cloud connectivity
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of network services
- Oversee network monitoring, capacity planning and lifecycle management
- Lead the resolution of complex network incidents and problems
- Develop and implement network security architecture, standards, and controls
- Manage security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, NAC, WAF, and secure remote access solutions
- Oversee vulnerability remediation for network and security infrastructure
- Ensure secure network design and compliance with organizational security policies
- Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity and regulatory requirements (e.g., NCA, ISO 27001, Aramco cybersecurity requirements)
- Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and implementing corrective actions
- Lead, mentor, and develop the network and security team
- Plan budgets and oversee procurement for network and security infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience leading network infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD WAN, and cloud connectivity
- Experience developing and implementing network security architecture, standards, and controls
- Knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, NAC, WAF, and secure remote access solutions
- Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., NCA, ISO 27001, Aramco cybersecurity requirements)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing vendor relationships and technology partners
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and exercises

- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network & Security Senior Manager to lead the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the organization's network infrastructure and cybersecurity program.
- This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, resilience, and security of IT infrastructure and services while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- The position also supports operational excellence, disaster recovery readiness, cybersecurity risk management, and the adoption of secure, scalable technologies that enable the organization's strategic objectives.
Network Infrastructure Management
- Lead the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of the enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD WAN and cloud connectivity.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of network services.

Cybersecurity Management

Governance, Risk & Compliance

- Review and maintain network and security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct security risk assessments for network infrastructure and recommend mitigation measures.
Team Leadership & Management

- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Plan budgets and oversee procurement for network and security infrastructure.
Project Delivery
- Lead network and security infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
- Support business initiatives by delivering secure and resilient network solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the network and security environment.
Monitoring & Operations
- Ensure the availability, performance and reliability of network and security infrastructure.
- Oversee monitoring, maintenance and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness and coordinate regular DR exercises.
- Ensure critical network and security services meet operational and recovery objectives.
