About the Role

Responsibilities
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise level network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and wireless access points.
- Support site to site connectivity and routing protocols, as well as IPVPN and MPLS configurations.
- Apply working knowledge of SD WAN concepts and configurations.
- Use network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
- Provide Level 2 technical support for CCTV surveillance systems integrated with Fortinet technologies.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in an enterprise level environment, including support for L2 related issues
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or higher qualification
- Experience configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise level network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, wireless access points)
- Familiarity with site to site connectivity, routing protocols, IPVPN, and MPLS configurations
- Working knowledge of SD WAN concepts and configurations
- Working knowledge of network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds
- Cisco and Fortinet certifications are a plus

Job Purpose
- The Network Engineer (Mid Level) is responsible for supporting, operating, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and high performing connectivity.
- The role includes network monitoring using SolarWinds, operational support of Cisco based networks, and Level 2 technical support for CCTV surveillance systems integrated with Fortinet technologies.
- The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, adherence to operational processes, and collaboration with IT and security stakeholders.
