About the Role

- Direct and oversee all national warehouse operations across all depots, ensuring consistent standards for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Lead the implementation and enforcement of HSE and internal control policies across all warehouse sites, ensuring full compliance with legal and corporate safety standards.
- Ensure all storage, handling, and material movement practices comply with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements and are transported efficiently with same standards.
- Continuously monitor effectiveness of warehouse operations strategies aimed at reducing operating costs, including wages, and improvement of quality control procedures.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the national warehouse team, building capability by identifying competency gaps and development plans.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering
- 8+ years experience as logistics manager
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in 3PL
- FMCG industry background

Position Summary
