Responsibilities
- Client Experience Executive: Manage bookings, check ins/check outs, client communication, invoices, and daily Front Office operations.
- Dog & Cat Handler: Provide daily care including feeding, walking, playtime, hygiene, and safety.
- HR Executive: Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll inputs, and staff relations.
- Dog Trainer: Design and deliver training programs, work with owners on behavior and obedience.
- Groomer: Perform bathing, clipping, styling, and hygiene care for dogs and cats.
- Marketing Executive: Create content, manage social media, and run campaigns to grow brand and client base.
Requirements
- Client Experience Executive: 2+ years in Front Office/receptionist role, excellent English, strong multitasking.
- Dog & Cat Handler: 1 2 years in kennel/daycare/shelter role, physically fit.
- HR Executive: 2 3 years HR experience in UAE, knowledge of UAE labor law.
- Dog Trainer: 2+ years professional training experience, certification preferred.
- Groomer: 2+ years grooming experience, skilled across breeds/coat types.
- Marketing Executive: 2+ years marketing/social media experience, strong content creation skills.
