About Dogwalk

  • Dogwalk is a well established premium pet care facility in Dubai, providing high quality services including Dog Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, Hydrotherapy, Transportation, and specialized pet care services.

Position Overview

  • Dogwalk is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Administration & Employee Relations Executive to oversee employee administration, staff documentation, recruitment coordination, and daily office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate visa applications, Emirates ID renewals, medical insurance, and other employee related documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee schedules.
  • Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, salary certificates, and other employment documents.
  • Coordinate recruitment by posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist department managers during the hiring process.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Promote positive employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
  • Coordinate staff training, orientations, and internal communications.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring attendance and employee records are accurate.
  • Order and manage office supplies and support general administrative operations.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, employee relations, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of UAE labour laws and employment procedures is an advantage.
  • Experience handling employee documentation, visas, and administrative processes is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
