About the Role
Dogwalk is seeking a proactive Administration & Employee Relations Executive to oversee employee administration, staff documentation, recruitment coordination, and daily office administration.

Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Coordinate visa applications, Emirates ID renewals, medical insurance, and other employee related documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee schedules
- Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, salary certificates, and other employment documents
- Coordinate recruitment by posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Assist department managers during the hiring process
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding company policies and procedures
- Promote positive employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns professionally and confidentially
- Coordinate staff training, orientations, and internal communications
- Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring attendance and employee records are accurate
- Order and manage office supplies and support general administrative operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, employee relations, HR administration, or similar role
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws and employment procedures is an advantage
- Experience handling employee documentation, visas, and administrative processes preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
