Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and build strong relationships with Pet owners.
- Manage bookings, check ins, check outs, and daily Front Office operations.
- Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate Pet owner's instructions with the operational team.
- Handle client communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Manage invoices, payments, memberships, and daily attendance records.
- Coordinate client updates, photos, videos, and follow ups regarding boarding, grooming, daycare, and hydrotherapy.
- Maintain communication between Front Office and back of house teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle complaints professionally and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for Dogs, Cats, and animal welfare is essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, Front Office, administration, or similar role
- Experience in the pet industry is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude, smiling personality, and team oriented mindset

Position Overview
- We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer focused Client Experience Executive to become the face of our facility and the first point of contact for our clients and their Pets.
