Leadership Positions

• Senior Project Manager roles cover infrastructure, building, and utilities project delivery.
• The HSE Manager develops safety policies, conducts audits, investigates incidents, and provides safety training.
• The Contract and Procurement Manager handles procurement strategies, vendor selection, contracts, budgets, and supplier relationships.
• The Risk Manager manages project risks, mitigation strategies, reporting, workshops, and risk processes.
• The Stakeholder Manager leads engagement strategies, consultations, communications, relationships, and stakeholder reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a relevant technical discipline.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in infrastructure, construction, or related project management; 18 years for the Risk Manager role.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• An advanced degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Additional role-specific certifications, including NEBOSH, CIPS, or risk management certifications, are preferred.
• Experience with public-private partnerships or government-funded infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks are preferred.
