Full-time, on-site Multimedia Specialist role in Dubai responsible for visual content supporting the employer's brand, real estate projects, and marketing activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and edit multimedia content for websites, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate video shoots and capture photography of developments, events, and brand activities.
- Design graphics, layouts, branding materials, and other visual assets.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and project timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to create compelling visual stories.
- Manage multimedia archives and optimize content for different channels.
- Stay current with industry trends and tools to improve visual communication.
Qualifications
- Strong multimedia content creation and integration skills across various platforms.
- Video production skills covering planning, shooting, and editing promotional and corporate videos.
- Photography skills for real estate, events, and brand storytelling.
- Graphic design skills covering layout, branding, and visual asset creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent industry-standard software.
- Familiarity with social media content formats.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional on-site teamwork.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in real estate or property marketing is an advantage.
